So this is class two, in our journey up the mountain myopia astigmatism You know, one of the questions that I get is the, for those of you that were prescriptions? How do you navigate that in the process of improvement? And I know many of you have asked me, you know, how does this work? Well, it’s interesting in the process, that in our quest to dissolve our prescription, it’s very important that we do some preparation before you can safely and successfully get a new prescription or reduce prescription. You know, I used to get a lot of phone calls from people, I was the guy who could, you know, give reduced prescriptions, and I used to give a lot of them. And within a couple of days, after giving those reduced prescriptions to people, they would always call me and say, I can’t use these, I can’t see out of these. What did you do to me, and, you know, I bring them back in and we do another exam. And they would recognize that the prescription that I gave them was very slightly reduced. And yet it triggered this whole big drama around, oh, my God, I can’t see. Or I’m having difficulty adjusting. So I decided to change my treatment protocol. And what I began doing with people is saying, you know, you really can’t get a reduced prescription, and you until you do some release until you do some work to create more space in your vision, so that you can handle the reduction. I mean, this area is a very sensitive area when you start exploring it. And I think that we are early in the process around getting some kind of a reduced prescription that we can safely use. Now sometimes after you’ve done some reeducation process, the release of the energies around the eyes, then you can handle a reduced prescription. So the way the process works is and you’ve done this, you send me your current prescription and maybe in that sending me the prescription the request is okay, can you write me a reduced prescription and I might be able to do that, but the amount that I’m going to be able to reduce it is probably going to be pretty minimal. And there’s always the you know, giving you a prescription that you can use for you know, 22 to 14 inches.

04:58
Most prescriptions that you get from The doctor are based on the 20 foot 2020 ai reading. And that prescription is most definitely too powerful for your computer and reading. And yet, you’re not really told that and so you start wearing it, and your eyes start getting progressively worse. So that might be a place where I can write something that possibly you could use for digital time. But any reduced prescription you get should be used in a completely non demanding non threatening situation with zero expectations, that you’re actually going to be able to use it for your daily activities, that just is not an accurate expectation. And when you start wearing, you know, a reduced prescription, you want to wear it in situations where you don’t have a lot of skin in the game, you don’t have a lot of demand on you. And if you follow that practice of using them a non demanding and non threatening situations and not have the expectation that it’s going to solve your problems, or you’re going to be able to see and function and drive. And as long as you understand that, and you tune in mindfully because the question you want to ask yourself is, what am I seeing? And what am I feeling? that’s a that’s a common question to keep asking yourself in the process? What am I seeing? What am I feeling, and just use it as a teaching tool to go deeper in figuring out what your habits are, what your conditioning is, all the things that have contributed to the tunneling of your consciousness. Okay. So there’s a couple of questions here, I want to take. Robin is asking, Can you explain the somatic eye muscle comparison? somatic eye muscle comparison? Hmm, I think what I’m referring to there, if I’m reading this correctly, and if I’m not Robin, you can, we can either bring you on. Or you can, you can write a little more about it. But basically, in the animal eye chart, or any of the exercises I’m having you do to make a comparison, on a sensation level, between your right eye and your left eye, you know, there are six muscles that attach to the eyeball on the outside. And then you’ve got little tiny muscles that are ligaments that attach to the lens of the eye. So you’ve got a lot of muscles there. But it’s the brain that’s directing all those muscles. And a lot of times the right side is very different than the left side, in terms of how you have chosen to adapt to whatever you’ve been presented to. So making the comparison. And I’m not at this point saying, Oh, you need to compare the inferior rectus muscle on the right, with superior oblique muscle on the left, that that’s not something you know, we’re going to focus on. It’s just the overall what’s the difference in my tissue? What’s something new that I’m discovering? and leave it at that, you know, what’s, what’s the new discovery that I’m making. And of course, it comes in where you might say, Oh, I’m not seeing any difference, or I’m not feeling any difference. And I’m going to ask you to go back to your inquiry and find one thing that’s different, at least one thing that’s different, because in finding one thing that’s different, that’s going to help you integrate and change what you’re doing and it’s very common in the AI world to be totally disconnected from sensing and feeling into the eyes. Our eye exams train us away from feeling and sensing. So now the treacys exercise the EC the the directions are, you can touch the points, but you can’t cross lines. So if you’re one point and you make a square and you come to that same point again, that’s okay, you can do that, but you can’t physically cross the lines. So I hope that is going well for you and

10:00
Everybody’s getting something out of it. So I want to move to some new information right now. And we’re going to do a physical exercise. And then we’re going to do kind of an energetic exercise. So one of the things I want you to know is that getting older with your eyes is not based on a number. It doesn’t even guarantee that you’re going to get cataracts or glaucoma. Or you’ll develop it. I mean, just because you’re a certain number, that doesn’t mean you’re going to get the disease. Recently, I was at an eye doctors office, he asked me to come over. And I actually was sitting in the room. And he actually said this to the colleague, my colleague said this. And he said, it’s every patient who I observed, there was like five patients at 40. I’m quoting him now at 40. You will need reading glasses at 50. You’ll need bifocals at 60, you’ll need trifocals. And at 70 you will need cataract surgery and probably in iridotomy for your coma. And at 80 you will be blind. Wow, I couldn’t believe and this is so so off in my opinion, but it’s what the eye care field does, promoting fear. You know, I did three telemedicine sessions today. And every one of the patients who I helped they their major complaint was their eye doctor was bullying them or forcing them into a procedure, a pharmaceutical drug. And even when they asked, Are there things that we can do naturally? They said, No, all we can do is watch it, we can watch the cataract get ripe. We can watch the glaucoma blind you, we can watch the myopia get so bad that the only thing you can do is get laser surgery. So we’re not in the fear paradigm. We’re not in that the fear paradigm is a very low vibration state. And in allopathic medicine, it isn’t just an eye care, but it’s across the board. So we are being exposed to unprecedented levels of toxicity, poor dentistry, to many hip and knee replacements, and of course, the COVID ongoing COVID situation and vaccinations. But I’m offering you a different place to plug into another paradigm a new bio, I call it a new biology. And it says that our environment, habits lifestyle, spiritual practice can determine our health future much more than our genes. So if you think about in your family, your ancestry, your mother, father, your grandparents, your great grandparents, just in terms of I disease I diagnosis. Now if you want to you can even expand it into other health issues. But what I’m here to do today, again, is to help you unleash your inner eye physician. We all have an inner eye physician. And we’re going to set up the conditions for deep self regeneration. And this is going to echo way beyond your eyes. Now there are people in this class, their vision is pretty good, but they’re on a quest to expand their health quotient because they know what’s on the media. What’s being presented out there is really not lined up with them. So these practices that we’re going to do today are not only going to increase your health span in your body, but also your eye brain connection. I’ll get to that in a minute. So the first thing to note in being able to tap more deeply into your potential which I call your biological your true biological destiny is To embrace

15:03
your resiliency, and that your eyes are a sacred vessel that hold the light. And the more light you take in, the more it fills up your body. And many problems, especially in tunneling our vision, we have stopped absorbing the light in our eyes. And what we’re absorbing instead, is the emotion, fear, uncertainty, not trusting, talking ourselves out of it. And yet, our bodies and our eyes are a result of billions of years of a planetary process. And we are the recipients of all that biological intelligence. And that there’s a there’s a species inclusivity, when we really you know, when we really get into a state of expansion, we are connecting to all the biological intelligence of all species. And that species inclusivity teaches us to stop referencing our history, our story, our trauma. And instead, we are in a much broader band of consciousness. And especially in myopia, or tunneling your vision, it’s very easy to create an orientation that’s based on your history, because myopia is being caught in past perceptions. So let’s narrow this a little bit. And let’s talk about the prescription and the prescribing of myopia. So the user, the usual prescribing, when you go to an eye doctor, you almost all of you have sent me your prescriptions anywhere from minus two, all the way up to minus, actually, there’s somebody in the class minus 18. And in prescribing A minus lens, you do get a sharpening of your eyesight at distance. And I gotta tell you, it’s potent medicine. You know, I hear this story a lot. Wow, I couldn’t see the leaves on the tree, and I got my first prescription, and I could see the leaves. But you have to understand that any glasses or contact lens prescription is just like administering a pharmaceutical drug. Any eyeglass or contact lens prescription has side effects, just like steroids, non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs, glaucoma, drugs, and other drugs. So the lens does sharpen the eyesight, but it also activates the fight flight freeze response in the nervous system. And the symptom of blur is gone. And your mind can relax, ah, I don’t have to worry about that. So it gives you a false sense that everything is okay. And what happens when you get your first prescription and you start wearing it, it reinforces the reaction that you that you did, that you experienced in that moment. And now you’re living your life through that reaction, but you have nowhere to express it. So it just gets buried. It just gets completely buried. And this part of the mind that is relieved, doesn’t have to deal with survival. And the unfortunate thing about this is the inner sight remains unclear.

19:05
It remains confused and vague. But what you do instead is you project your eyesight outside of yourself. And we talked about this at the last session where you’re projecting your vision way ahead of your body. And the last thing I would say about any lens prescription that you get from your eye doctor, it puts the power outside of yourself into the lens. So you get disempowered and you get dependent on this lens and it develops a false sense of paralysis. You get parallel if I don’t have my lenses, I can’t function. I’m not in control. You know all of the different narratives You could create a story about it. In fact, it might be really interesting for you to write a story about your own myopia and how it serves you and what you’ve learned from it. Now, it is true that near sighted people see better up close, we give up our distance, so we can see well here. And then there’s the push for the laser surgery. And some of you who are on this course, they have had that LASIK surgery. So this creates an even bigger illusion. And your eyes and brain and body becomes split, which creates more subconscious confusion. So my question is what has more influence the LASIK surgery, refractive error on the eyeball, or the body centered prescription in the brain, you got it, the prescription in the body in the brain. And this is why the eye prescription begins to inch back towards your original prescription. Now, the court the brain is always questioning when you have this overlay, who do I believe my body or the procedure. Now let’s say you decide not to do the surgery, but you’re wearing a minus lens. It makes objects artificially smaller and further away. You could try this out tonight, by with your glasses, look at an object with the glasses on. Take the glasses off, and you’re going to notice the object is bigger it may be blurrier, but it’s much larger. So people who are myopic who but who tunnel or who tunnel, they want to remain invisible. They don’t want to be seen, or they weren’t seen by their family. And this particular pattern creates a shrinking. I can’t take up too much space. Shut up. Seen but not heard. But we don’t really even see you as well. So here are some of the thoughts that myopic people have told me. Quote, I do not know how to deal with the outside world. I’m afraid to be vulnerable, or I will be ridiculed. There’s shame involved. I have shame in my in my consciousness, so I’ll become myopic, to look smart to get the right answer. Here’s another quote. I only feel safe when I’m in my bubble.

23:01
I’ve been saying this, the COVID has induced myopia because what are we told to isolate stay in lockdown This is what myopia is. And on a deeper level, this is what glaucoma is called glaucoma is basically myopia. That starts to affect the vascular disease, the vascular health, which creates vascular disease. Here’s another quote. When I think more, I feel less thinking can comforts me and I escape into my mind. So near sighted people love to escape into their mind. In fact, they are addicted to their thinking. Which brings me to the next quote. I’m addicted to seeing things clearly. And I require as many facts as I can get. So here’s my question to you. Are you addicted to detail? Are you addicted to your thinking?

24:15
Another quote, I’m afraid to trust my intuition. So I rationalize the answer and the direction in my life. So myopia is really a thinking person’s game. That’s what I’m gonna do here to survive. I’ll think my way through it. I’ll intellectualize my way through it. And there’s no connection on a kind of more mystical level unless, and I have many patients in the range of say minus eight to minus 14, who are extremely mystical They’re able to come out of the box of that myopia into this mystical place. But what happens is the only way they can function, you know, in kind of the world that sometimes we need to be in fetch would carry carry water is, isn’t a very tense defended way of being. So it’s an either or I’m either way out in my right brain, or I’m way out in my left brain, but they’re split. Okay, another quote, I only know how to control the world, when I wear my glasses, or contacts, you know, and I find this very interesting when we talk about control, and how much energy we put into controlling the world through our eyes. One more quote, I like to minimize the situation and shrink the outside because of my own insecurity. So you can see what’s wrapped up in here with your tunneling myopia. And this is where part of the world is going, at least in terms of counting the number of people who are in their myopia. Now, the message behind our eyes with myopia is often linked to a stigmatism. And this means to manage, not being able to see in the distance, but I also have to twist my world. And in twisting it, this is the way I make sense of it, each axis. So in other words, astigmatism is a blur in one part of the world, and we can look at the clock. So your astigmatism could be at the 12, six, six o’clock, it could be at the one seven, it could be at the three, nine. So depending on that cylinder axis that’s tells you what part of the world, you warped the most. And it’s internalized into your body, from a PA as a postural warp. You know, today I was giving a telemedicine session with a four and a half year old, his mom from Canada. And they went to three different doctors. And they got three different astigmatism, prescriptions, pretty heavy prescriptions. She found me on Instagram, she really liked what I was talking about. She’s a very holistic person. She said this just doesn’t make sense to me to put a stigmatism glasses on my four year old when he’s not having any visual symptoms. And as we went deeper into the session, she said, Well, you know, my husband and I have split.

28:26
And I think this is getting into my child’s eyes. And I said exactly, because what astigmatism is about is disassociating. It’s splitting your eyes into fragmented pieces, as a way to cope. So he’s got this astigmatism in the right and in the left, the doctors are measuring it, but instead of giving it to him, let’s do some healing work around it. So the program that I gave her was about healing the astigmatism from the inside out by helping the child dissolve the warps through different movement motifs, and physical therapy exercises, some of which we are doing today. But those of you that do have a stigmatism, there is some internal splitting that’s going on. And one of the ways you can map this is the right eye is your father and the left eye is your mother. So spend some time patching an eye asking how old the eye is, how’s the marriage between the eyes, you know, a lot of times that the marriage between your eyes is similar to the marriage that you primarily He saw when you were a child. And when you recognize that, you then can set yourself free from that particular imprinting or programming. Okay. So, in wearing the reduced prescription, I said this at the beginning, in order for you to be able to really wear it successfully, you must clear out the blocked energy in your eyes first, before you can tolerate and eventually embrace the new prescription. And unless you do the inner vision clearing, you won’t be able to tolerate a weaker prescription very easily, and your mind will reject it, you will rationalize why this process doesn’t work, your resistance will come up. I know because this is what happened to me. And resistance is a very interesting energy for you to notice. Another interesting energy is boredom. You know, I remember when I was in my own therapy healing process, I said to Dr. Shankman, you know, I’m feeling bored, give me something new. I’m feeling bored. I did this already. And he said, perfect. What we’re gonna do is I’m giving you one practice, and you’ve got to do it for six months. And you’ve got to learn about your boredom. And you need to go deeper into it. And I did that, and it was my breakthrough in being able to see clearly. So interesting that connection, rationalization, boredom, resistance, all of these things are going to come up for you. So another mantra is qualifying for wearing a reduced prescription only comes after you have learned a deeper trust and an inner relaxation around your eyes. So that’s the qualification, another mantra, seeing clearly without lenses, or reduce prescription. Or even just opening up your tunneled vision is a byproduct of you taking full responsibility and loving your blur. Now, the disclaimer is loving your blur, in a circumstance where you feel safe, with no demand. So I don’t want you driving on the freeway, glasses or contact lenses free as a way to practice vision improvement. That’s neither safe, nor effective. That’s some other points. blurred vision is about slowing down. When you go into blur. You get to slow down, you get to receive more, you can become more psychic, more creative. So embracing the blur helps you discover the flow. and discovering the flow helps you embrace the blur. So eventually, you will be able to wear a reduced prescription, I’m fully confident.

33:27
But it’s only going to give you 50 to 60% of clearness, and it will challenge you. And so you need to be careful when you wear it. Whenever you start wearing a reduced prescription, much more light is going to get in. And you’re going to have a more balanced relationship between your peripheral vision and your central vision. When you wear a full prescription. It’s all centered vision, there is no peripheral. And part of this is being able to balance the peripheral with the center. Okay, a question that I want you to take with you tonight. And until Saturday, in which areas do I hold myself back? In which areas? Am I not expressing myself? Now I’m not saying go express everything that you’re thinking about to your spouse or your children or your family. Internally, I want you to explore those two questions, because that’s your growing edge around your myopia. Another question I want you to ponder between now and Saturday is Where does my inner in Where does my inner uncertainty affect my seeing And another question is, what is my initial emotional response to blurred vision? And the elephant in the room? going blind? And that last question is a big one. So I will send these questions to you in an email. So you can see this whole narrative that I that I wrote up right before our session today. And as you know, each session that I teach is based on the energy of the group. So this is not a cookbook. Okay. I’m going to pause here and see if there are any questions. So Grace is asking, asking, until I get a reduced prescription for working on the computer, should I keep wearing my regular distance prescription lenses? Or am I better off trying to find ways to work without them? I’m confused about which to choose because both options are causing me some level of discomfort. Well, Grace, probably just being in this class is causing you some level of discomfort. And there’s a saying, the way you expand your comfort zone is by going into your discomfort. There’s no Pat answer here, it may be a variety of things. One thing may be that you wear your glasses only for your computer use, maybe you have to sit a little farther back, finding the distance where you feel a little more comfortable. And I think your prescription may be too strong for you, so that you can’t take your lenses off and work at the computer. But I would just do the best you can. And these exercises that I’m showing you, especially when we did the Jacques sound the last time and the one we’re going to do tonight, you may need to spend more time in our relaxation without your glasses, so that you can then wear your glasses to do the work you need to do. You know, in some of the somatic studies that I’ve done,

37:31
the classes the teachers would say spend 70%, and rest and settle and 30% in work. Well, that’s hard to do. But maybe you need to rest more in between your active state. And you’re getting to see something about your glasses, your vision, and your visual hygiene, that before you met me. Perhaps maybe you didn’t even think about your glasses, your eyes and the prescription and how it’s affecting you. So that awakening just in itself is super huge. And you will get there, there’ll be a new prescription out there for you. Maybe to reduce weed, you’re getting a reduced prescription that you can perhaps use at the computer. So hang in there with it. Alright, I don’t know whether you have this chart. This is a chart that I came up with called the paths chart, p a, t s. And this is an exercise that’s going to ask you to focus in a more inclusive way. So myopia is about exclusivity, I’m going to be very exclusive, because I need to block out the energy and it creates blind spots in my vision. Now this is a physical therapy technique. And it’s really great for people that are nearsighted. So there are two ways that you do it. The first way is you hold the paper at arm’s length like I’m doing and you can take your finger or a pen and you hold it somewhere in between your nose and the two plus sides. And your job is to focus pretty hard on the finger to make a third plus sign. Now when you see that third plus sign, you’re going to get double threes nines and fives, double seven fours and eights. But not everybody is going to get the double and you’re going to notice that some of these numbers are either disappearing or blinking on and off.

40:08
So the goal would be to be able to get the three with your finger, take your finger away, get the three plus signs, see if you can move it around like I’m moving it and I’m looking at the plus signs, I’ve got three plus signs, and I see the double numbers. Or if I don’t see the double numbers, then I know that there’s some suppression blind spot going on. Now the question always is, should you do this with lenses on or with lenses off, I say both. When you take your lenses off, you’re taking the brace is off your eyes. And you may have to hold it closer. But I’d like you to try it in a more freeform state. Now you can use the lenses part time. And that will be helpful, because you will see things more clearly. And you’ll probably have more stability. Okay, so that’s the first type of focus. The second focus is you’re going to take the paper, and you’re going to hold it up to your nose like I am with the plus signs at your eye level. Now, when this happens, you’re going to pretend like you’re looking through the paper. Mentally looking through it, you’re going to slowly push the paper out. And you get three plus signs, again with the double numbers. But this second focus is a divergent focus. The first focus was a convergence focus. Both of those are necessary in your ability to be able to flex your vision. Now, in being able to flex your vision. By doing it both ways you’re going to a see the suppression be see that one part of your focus may be more developed than another. And see, when you start balancing being able to cross and converge and then diverged, what’s going to happen is that you’re going to start to gain more clarity in your eyesight. Now, if you don’t wear lenses, it’s a great exercise to do I would do it standing, walking, lying down. So try it a different areas of gaze. Remember I talked about looking up, look up at the sky, you know that saying look up, looking up things that things are looking up, my vision is looking up. I want you to play with this chart. Up, up to the right up to the left. Remember, myopia and tunneling is down in in that’s what we do. So that’s the path chart.

43:19
Oh, okay. So let’s let’s take a couple comments here and questions. Andrus, is it preferable to not wear glasses or contacts at home? As much as possible? Yes, and no. I think the most important thing about taking the lenses off is being mindful of how you are different. How you bring yourself differently to the world. Are you more hesitant? Are you more in your essence so you feel more empowered? Are you feeling angry or frustrated? So in other words, going without them? is really not the question. Yes, you can go without them at home. But what’s more important is what is what is getting informed, stirred in you. When you don’t wear them? Who do you become? Are you less critical? Are you more critical? Are you less judgmental or more judgmental? So who do you become without the lenses? How old do you feel? And I think it’s great to wear the lenses some of the time and take them off some of the time. I think both of those are really important. All right, let’s take a look at this comment from Joshua. I have noticing that I would like to have your insight about I noticed that when I walk in my neighborhood, and when I look down the street I can see cars with more clarity as they drive by on the crowd. When I looked down a bigger Street, the cars have less clarity, what is going on? What can I learn from this? Oh, that is a great insight, you know, there’s the same insight clears up the eyesight. So there’s a couple of things going on here. The first is that, if I understand you correctly, you’d look down the street. And you say, you can see the cars with more clarity as they drive by on the cross street. And then when you look down a bigger Street, maybe there’s more traffic, I don’t know, the cars seem to have less clarity, there is an energetic, that you may be tapping into around consolidated energy, chaotic energy, and what your system is doing, based on the energy that’s around you are coming at you. And to notice your state of being when you are in that kind of lower impact or lower density situation, versus when you’re in that higher density situation, and how your vision is changing. And I would probably add vision, creativity, consciousness, breathing, movement, whatever it is for you, in that moment of inquiry. And to see what’s going on when there is more density when there is more energy, when there is more traffic. What happens to my clarity, and you know, with the clarity, also, it’s not good or bad that you have less clarity or more clarity. In those circumstances. It’s just what are you learning about less clarity, I mean, maybe the less clarity is allowing you to be kind of more open to the possibility of more energy. And, you know, our eyes and our body are such sensitive meters to the energy around us and within us. And I think what you’re getting, getting exposed to is how the energy is impacting your sensory motor system, your sensory system. So I don’t know for sure, but that’s just my, that’s my hot take on it. But thank you for the comment. It’s really, really informative. And I think it brings a new level of sensitivity that we all can learn from.

47:58
Okay, well, we have about 10 minutes left. And I want to talk about the pineal gland. As it relates to our eyes. There’s a lot of conversation now about the health of our pineal gland. You know, I do these posts on fluoride, and the neurotoxins that fluoride represents. And I get so much feedback as a relates to the health of the pineal gland. And this gets a little more esoteric, but I also think it’s a very important topic, because it’s relating to our eyes and vision. And that’s the ongoing calcification of the pineal gland. And when the pineal gets calcified, our pineal stops working. And we lose this. the sensitivity of the rhythms of ourselves and the world and we get hooked into fear. So we start seeing through a fear filter when our pineal gets calcified. We have it with all this electromagnetic pollution, the lack of grounding into the earth, the lack of spending time in nature and slowing down into the rhythms. So there’s a practice that I want to show you tonight. That is going to do two things for you. The first, it’s going to help you decalcify your pineal gland. And the second thing it’s going to do is it’s going to start to help Help you dissolve your myopia and your prescription.

50:06
So I’m going to describe the practice. And then we’re going to do it together. And I hope it’s okay, we’re going to run a little over our time. Again, this is being recorded. But I want to, I want to have some time to do this decalcification process. Okay, so what we’re going to use is our biological technology. Specifically, we’re going to use our tongue and our mouth. So the tongue is primordial tissue, it’s very old tissue in our body. Fat, it goes way back before our bones were formed. We call it pre vertebral before the bones. So this tongue has a connection very early in our life. Now, why is that important? Because when we connect to our conception, or gestation, this is like the big bang theory, where for nine months, we are exploding in growth, evolution development, it’s a very expanding time. Now, the tongue also, because it’s prevertebral. It’s connecting to our spinal column, but it’s connecting to it as one of the highest harmonics of the spinal cord. So way back in the tongue, that is connecting to our cervical spine, down into our all the way down to our tailbone. So we’re going to use the tongue in a very specific way to activate all the acupuncture meridians around the mouth. We have the governing vessel here, which goes this way, are male, young. And we have our Yin, our conception vessel, which goes down all the way and the yin and the yang meet. But there are also other acupuncture points as well. Now tonight, all we’re going to do is we’re going to activate this, and this the governing and the conception. But when you do this at home, I want you to do the 12 points, like a clock 910 1112 6321, I want you to do all the points. Now, the way this is going to work, is you’re going to be taking your tongue, and you’re going to be pressing on the inside part of the upper lip, the inside part, the outside part of the upper teeth, inside part of the upper lip. And while you’re pressing, you’re going to be doing an exhale, and you’re going to make a humming sound. Now, your hands are going to be over your eyes and this area here, this is where the pineal is. So you’re going to be using your hands as an activator, directly into the pineal. So you’re going to do this, then you’re going to come down here and press while you’re humming on the exhale here. Gonna do it three times. And then this is the most important part, you’re going to take your tongue, and you’re going to press on the inside part of the roof of the mouth. Now for some people, it could be exactly right behind the teeth, where you’ve got a little wrinkle there. Or you can even go farther back where the hard palate is. And you can press your tongue and it’ll fit in that area. So here’s the palette, the tongue fits right in there. And you’re going to press on it. And you’re going to do three homes. When you press on it, you are activating the pineal gland. To start moving, you’re putting energy in and that’s gonna throw off the calcification of the pineal. So it’s 123 and then it’s three presses on the soft palate if you can do it. So we’re going to do it together. I’m going to guide you through it so I’ll talk you through it. So I’d like you to just get into a nice seated position.

54:59
I want you to rub your hands together because these are going to touch the pineal gland. So your palm in your hands, you’re going to take your tongue and put it on the inside part of the upper lip. Go ahead and do that. Take a breath in through your nose. And in the exhale, I want you to do a humming sound pretty loud, low so you can feel the vibration. Okay, try it.

55:40
Okay, now I want you to take your tongue and put it on the inside part of the lower lip. Anywhere you can do it doesn’t matter where it is. The meridian is there. Take a breath in through your nose. On the exhale, press on the lip and do a humming sound on the lower lip.

56:11
Take your tongue and put it on the upper part of the upper lip, the inside part of the upper lip, you’re going to do it humming on the exhale.

56:23
Um,

56:29
and now the lower lip again, same thing, press on it as you exhale.

56:35
Um,

56:40
last time on the upper lip, just press on it and then the lower lip last time. Okay, now I want you to take your tongue and put it on the roof of your mouth anywhere that feels comfortable. Going to breathe in through your nose, keep your mouth closed. On the exhale, I want you to press on the roof of the mouth as you make a humming sound. I want you to do three at your speed.

57:56
You can drop your hands. You can just rest your tongue where you want to. And just observe your energy your sensations in and around your pineal gland. You can expand that around your eyes, your face, your jaw, your breath.

58:42
When you’re ready, you can slowly open your eyes Okay, if you want to type in a word, something that you saw, felt heard noticed

59:27
more light somehow was relaxing. Like the light, mellow vitality vibration relaxing. settled. So this is a practice. I’d like you to do either at sunrise before sunrise or sunset around those times. This is gonna help the pineal gland connect to that circadian rhythm. So, sunrise sunset, every day, between now and Saturday. And I want you to do one more thing before we close. And that is I want you to do without any lenses on I want you to go out. And I want you to do some sun gazing. So I’m going to talk about that right now. Sungazing is a very old practice, that is a wonderful way to regain your eyesight and your health. And the way I would like you to do it is if you’re able to, to go out either at sunrise or sunset before. Before those times, if you’re able to look or direct yourself directly to the sun, that would be the best. But the way I want you to direct yourself is with your eyes closed. And I want you to face the sun. And you’re just going to feel the light rays coming into your eyes coming into the pineal coming into your body. If it’s too bright for you, even with your eyes closed, turn your back to the sun. And you can do it that way. For now, I want you to keep your eyes closed. But I want you to either greet the sun, or say goodnight to the sun between now and when we meet on Saturday. Because ultimately, if you can gain a better connection to your own source, that is going to help you dissolve your myopia and much more. And the pineal decalcification process coupled with the sun gazing are very direct ways for you to get there. Remember, I said to you myopia, and tunneling is about deflecting the light away, not absorbing it, instead of absorbing it, you’re blocking it.

So those two and the Pats exercise, you can do that, I would do that a couple times during the day maybe while you’re on the computer, just take a minute or two, you don’t have to spend a lot of time on it. If you’re wearing lenses, I would spend part of the day when you can without your prescription, where the weaker prescription when you can, if you have that. And when we get together on Saturday, we’re going to do a check in about this. Now, I don’t want you to underestimate the power of clearing up your pineal gland. This is big work. And for most people, they don’t even know how much calcification is in their pineal. And as you begin to start doing this tongue and clock and pressing on the roof of the mouth with the sound and using your hands as a tuning fork to activate the pineal, the clearer, the pineal, the clearer your physical vision, and the X the access that you have. To your intuition is remarkable. And I’m speaking from first order experience. This is what happened to me when I stopped wearing my lenses. And my access was very different around how I saw myself. My job situation change where I lived changed. Some of my friends changed. My family relationships changed. So this is vibrational work here that you’re doing. So if you have any questions, final questions before we stop, then, so the question Isn’t it dangerous to look at the sun directly and for how long? So the way I would answer that is it’s very dependent on your fear level, your health level and because you’re asking the question My suggestion would be, if you’re going to embark on the sun gazing, I would start by putting your back to the sun and closing your eyes. And you’re basically going to do it from when either a few minutes before the sun is rising until it rises completely over the horizon, or when it sets under the horizon, so it’s not long, maybe five to seven minutes. And I for you, I would start with your back to the sun with eyes closed. Yes, you don’t want to stare directly into the sun as a starting point. We’re beginners here. But you’re going to get the energetic of it by connecting to your source, and you plug in where you feel safe. So when can you get access to the recordings? That’s okay. I will send it off to Alexis and you should have it in a day or so. And I have written up the decalcification exercise. So you will get that it’s all written up already. And you are welcome for this. This is kind of the fast lane to healing your myopia. We could do eye exercises and we could do you know our gyrations and it would take us years. But what I’m showing you is the fastest and most direct way to the finish line. It’s about changing the energy patterns into the eyes. Okay. All right. I wish you a good week. I will try to get the recording to you as soon as possible. We’ll see you this Saturday 10 am Mountain Time. Feel free to email me if you’ve got any questions. Okay. Best of luck. Much love to you all. See you on Saturday.
