Purpose
Palming reduces your dependency on glasses by relaxing and refreshing the eyes.
When to perform
6 times a day for up to 5 minutes, or whenever your eyes need to relax
How to perform
1) This can be performed while lying down or sitting up. Keep your back and neck straight and relax your shoulders.
2) First, warm your hands by quickly rubbing them together.
3) Softly cup your hands over your closed eyes without making contact with the eyelids.
4) You may rest your elbows at shoulder level on a stack of books, pillow, or table in front of you.
5) Breath slowly and relax your body and eyes.
