Here is one of the most amazing exercises that I recommend, and it’s on my website, it’s called Minus Lens to Blur. So one of the techniques that I have developed is I stress the eyes as a way to get your eyes out of the status quo. So in this particular exercise, people are wearing an opposite prescription to the magnifiers. So it’s a minus lens. A magnifier is a plus lens. And you wear that for the eye exercises. What that minus lens does is it creates an amazing blur that you have to work through and it exercises the muscles that resets them so you don’t need the magnifiers.
