Lutein & Zeaxanthin: Essential Nutrients for Improving Eye Health

Lutein and zeaxanthin are antioxidants that are best taken together. The main job of this duo is to protect and strengthen the macula while also helping the improve the immune system.  

You can tell if you have a deficiency if you are diagnosed with macular degeneration or cataracts. Or you experience a lowered ability to tell the difference between an object and its background, your glare recovery is slow, and you will be more sensitive to light.
