August 11, 2020 - Nearsightedness (Myopia)
Hey, folks, it’s Dr. Sam and I want to talk to you today about near-sightedness. So if you wear a strong diopter prescription, what that says is that you’ve internalized a lot of your history and conditioning into your eyeballs. In addition, if you were a near-sighted lens, what it actually does is it compresses and reduces your size and it makes things tighter in your eyeballs. So my suggestion would be in a non demanding, non-threatening situation. Take your lenses off, go into your vulnerability. And that could unlock the secrets of what caused your nearsightedness to begin. And then you’re open to wearing a reduced prescription, some of the time. And in doing that, that it will actually help you see yourself and your life more clearly.
