November 9, 2017 - Eye Exercises
Purpose
This exercise will relax the eye muscles and improve flexibility.
Equipment Needed
This exercise is done with an eye patch and glasses off.
When to perform
5 minutes per day
How to Perform
1) Place your nose on the heart on the center of the chart and follow the line with each eye from the center to the animal and then back to the center. It is important to feel the stretch of the eye muscles.
2) Move in a clockwise or counterclockwise rotation.
3) As in Yoga, after you have finished stretching once, eye, pause and close both eyes so you can feel the difference between the eye you just stretched and the eye you are going to stretch. The eye you just stretched may feel looser, lighter and more relaxed.
