How Important is Sequence in a Physical Eye Therapy Program?

I’ll share with you all a personal story of mine. I was down in Florida giving a lecture at a university on holistic health and eye care, and there were a lot of doctors in the audience. I was at the top of my game and gave a great lecture, to which almost everybody responded well. These were young doctors present and at the end of the lecture some of my colleagues came up to me. After I spoke with the younger doctors, this elderly man walked up and introduced himself. He said his name is Doctor Sutton. I immediately told him that I am familiar with his work. He started asking me for my opinion on various conditions and I gave him my advice. Towards the end of the discussion, he told me that he thought I did a pretty good job giving my lecture, but that there were definitely some holes. Initially I was taken aback, but I asked if he wanted to go out for tea so that I could hear what he had to say. He starte telling me about his practice, his philosophies, and his life experience. One of the principles that he shared with me that day was how important a clear sequence and strategy are when you’re evaluating a patient. His feedback to me was that I had incredible information, incredible research, but that clear sequences and strategies were missing. He ended up becoming my teacher, and over the years has offered me a lot of great feedback in terms of my own development.
