The takeaway is that this is another drop in the bucket in terms of ways that our eye health reflects our overall health. If there are eye issues, there are likely other issues developing within the whole body system, even if they are symptomless for the time being. So if you have health issues with your eyes, take it as motivation to get to the root of the problem and far more than just your eyes will benefit.
