3 Ways to Improve Vision

Hey folks, it’s. Sam and I’m in Albuquerque. I just finished up at the farmer’s market.

I received a question this morning on Instagram. What are some things that you can do to improve your vision and eyesight?

  1. Get at least 30 minutes of natural sunlight every day. Make sure you’re in your bare feet standing on some dirt or grass or you ground yourself discharge those EMFs. And the best time to do this is at sunrise or sunset.
  2. Feel your body when you look with your eyes. When you feel your body and then you use your eyes, you open up your peripheral vision and relax your eyes. This is a good practice to do when you’re on digital devices. So if you’re on your computer, maybe use a physio ball.
  3. Remember that you don’t have to live out your genetic destiny. Environmental factors play a big role in eye disease and informing how genes express. So just because your parents may have a certain disease, remember that you still have control over your diet and lifestyle, which strongly influences your vision and eye health.
