3 Ways to Boost Your Immune System

Hey folks, it’s Dr. Sam. I’m on my morning walk and I thought I’d share the view with you today. I received the question: what three things can you do to boost your immune system?

  • Number one: I would drink Chaga tea. This is a mushroom tea loaded with phytochemicals and antioxidants.
  • Number two: I would increase your garlic in your diet. Garlic contains the trace mineral sulfur, which helps activate the glutathione levels.
  • Number three: I would get some blood red orange essential oil. About 3 to 4 drops on the soles of your feet twice a day. This is a very uplifting oil. It’s antibacterial, antiviral, and it’s another great way to support your immune system.
