Hey folks, it’s Dr. Sam. I did a session with somebody today in Hawaii. He’s a very high-powered runner and he’s near-sighted. He had an issue about being able to see in the distance after he looks at his watch while he’s running.
This sort of problem is usually rooted in visual stress, so I recommend working to relax the eye muscles. Here are three things to try:
- When you look out into the distance instead of looking at objects, look at the spaces between objects.
- Do the eye scan exercise. Where you scan your eyes either around signs or trees, and that may release your eyes as well.
- Invite the world to look at you. Invite an object, and that immediately may spread and open up your peripheral vision.
He got instant results and he was super happy.
That’s my message for today. Take care.
